Flash Forward - Good Idea?

So, what do you guys think? Was it a good idea to move the show ahead five years? According to the spoilers, that's where it will pick up next season, too, with the return of Edie. By that time, at least one of her friends (Susan) will have a new husband she hasn't bagged yet! Was that Adam? There seems to be a great debate over that. UPDATE: That was not Adam. GALE HAROLD will play the role of Susan's new husband five years from now...next season.

And how 'bout Katherine? Were you also yelling at your TV "SHOOT HIM, SHOOT HIM!!"

And Gabbie's got twin girls? I'm not sure I like that idea. Your thoughts?
